Nine SCU student-athletes earn Academic Honors
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference released its list of Fall 2009 Academic All-Conference Honorees for cross country, soccer and volleyball. Nine St. Catherine University students were included on the list.
To be eligible student-athletes must be a sophomore, junior or senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale. They also must compete in 50% of the varsity contests.
Wildcat winners included all of the fall sports team MVP's:
Maria Hoffman (volleyball),
Kelsey Nistler (Soccer) and
Greta Sieve (cross country).
The other Wildcat winners included
Tamar Billiet (XC),
Kayla Engel (soccer),
Kim Engel (soccer),
Megan Gosselin (soccer),
Nicole Neumann (volleyball), and
Heidi Sande (cross country).
