Rooney scores hat-trick as hockey beats Concordia 4-3

The Wildcats traveled to Moorhead, Minnesota Friday evening to take on conference foe Concordia College. St. Kate's came into tonight's game in sixth place in the MIAC, while the Cobbers were alone in second place.

St. Mary's tops St. Kate's 67-44

The St. Kate's struggles continued Wednesday night in Winona as they took on the Cardinals. The Wildcats kept it close until 7:52 left in the first half when St. Mary's defense and offense stepped up, closing out the half on a 18-0 run.

Basketball loses 59-83 to St. Bens

Three Wildcats put up double-digit points Monday night vs. St. Bens, including Megan Zillmer, who was perfect from the floor (4-4) and from the free throw line (6-6) with 14 total points. Sarina Baker also had 14 points and Jule Muegge added 12 on the night.

Swimming third at home invitational

The Wildcats won three events in their home pool on Saturday, on their way to a third place finish at the eight team St. Kate's Invitational. Steffanie Jurusik won two events and the Wildcats also picked up a victory in the 400 free relay.

Bethel squeaks past St. Kate's with back-to-back 3-2 wins

For the second time this weekend the Wildcats lost 3-2 to Bethel. This time, the game winner came at 3:26 in overtime on a shot from the blue line that was tipped and found its way past the St. Kate's goalie.
