The St. Kate's swimming and diving team completed day two of competition at the Falcon Invitational at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center, and once again left the pool pleased with their mid-season results.
Sarah Vrudny had an outstanding day two as she set a new season best in the 100 Free, finished fourth with a new career best time in the 200 Breast, and swam the anchor leg on the 400 Free Relay team that turned in a season best time.
Bridget Perkins built on her day one success with two more season bests. This time it was in the 100 Free and she was also as a part of the 400 Free Relay.
Allison Witt, also a member of the 400 Free Relay team, dropped an impressive six seconds off of her season best time in the 200 Breast.
Steffanie Jurusik equaled the Wildcats highest finish on the day as she finished fourth in the 200 Back.
Meanwhile on the diving side of things, at Macalester College,
Sarah Moody finished second overall. She was a mere .05 points from taking top honors, despite the near miss she left the diving well excited about the fact that she turned in a season best score by 30 points.
